Partner Visa Subclass 820 approval in Australia

Our [x] client is a mother of five (5), widowed and a Filipino Citizen. We had first assisted her tourist visa in Australia (off-shore) and after her 3 months stayed there, we’ve also extended her tourist visas (on-shore) this is in relation to her plan of filing an application for a de-facto partner visa to stay in Australia with her partner.

Her partner is a permanent resident in Australia and recently had a divorced with his ex-wife. Though, they are both unable to meet the 12-month living together before the lodgment on April 14, 2024 at Perramata Office, in Australia. Then later, after the submission, of their de-facto partner visa, they got married and updated her files to our Immi Account.

We’ve assisted her the guidance on preparing evidences of the documents to be uploaded in our Immi Account, and completed her online application among others. In addition to this, we make sure to update her account through, updating to upload evidences of their genuine relationship.

Finally, on February 12, 2026, we have received her grant notice, and she will proceed with stage 2  subclass 820 for PR.
