Third- Country Nationals’ Possible reasons why your visa/permit for admission for Hungary could be denied
Under Section 13 on the Admission and Right of Residence of Third-Country Nationals Act of 2007, as general rules:
1.You must justify your purpose and stay in Hungary, whether you are applying for a Schengen Visa as tourist, work, study and or joining your family member in Hungary

6. You are not being listed or part of SIS when applying for a visa to enter in Hungary as Third-Country National
7. Additionally, under Section 16 for a residence permit, if you have disclosed false information or untrue facts when applying for an entry visa/permit to stay in Hungary in obtaining the right of residence
8. Your residence permit may also be denied, if you are suffering from a disease that constitute to threaten the public health safety and you refused to submit yourself to the compulsory medical treatment and or, you did not follow to abide the Hungarian Health Regulations; while staying temporarily in Hungary
9. You are unable to stablish your family relationship to your sponsor, in case you are applying for a family reunification in Hungary
10. You are unlikely to leave the territory of the Member States of the European Union upon expiration of your visa and or residence permit in Hungary
11. When there is an indications from your application submitted that you may not able to follow the conditions attached on your visa entry/permit to enter in Hungary
12. When your host or sponsor in Hungary do not have legal obligations in meeting the social security, taxation, labor rights and other working conditions – in relation of you applying to work in Hungary and in obtaining your residence permit to apply and or for renewal.
